Refund policy

At Kokoro Classics, we want you to love what you ordered. Please review our returns guidelines below before making a return or exchange request.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Sizing Note for T-Shirts: Our t-shirts are made from 100% natural cotton and will naturally shrink up to half a size over successive washes. Please keep this in mind if your shirt initially feels slightly too large!

Because custom-made and limited-edition items are made to order, they are not suitable for resale.

Change-of-Mind Returns: We cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items: For custom and limited-edition orders, we can only accommodate replacements or exchanges if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (and equivalent consumer protection laws in your country) are fully respected.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if we’ve sent you the wrong product:

You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method (not just store credit). This applies to all products, including custom-made and limited-edition items.
