Shipping policy

At Kokoro Classics, every piece is made to order with care. Because we print on demand to eliminate unnecessary textile waste, your order goes through two steps before reaching your doorstep: Production and Transit.

1. Processing & Production Times

All items are custom made upon order placement. Production typically takes 1 to 3 business days before your parcel is dispatched to the courier.

2. Australian Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We deliver nationwide across Australia via standard tracked shipping.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order has been printed, quality-checked, and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate once handed over to the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy & Returned Parcels

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Kokoro Classics is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an invalid address or failed delivery attempt, a reshipment fee (Standard Shipping Price) will apply to re-route your package to the corrected address.
